2. Eligibility and Right to Refuse Service

Anyone may subscribe to Knot.


We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service at our discretion if content submitted is illegal, inappropriate, abusive, or violates these Terms.

Knot provides design services through a subscription model. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Brand guidelines

  • Digital products

  • Pitch decks

  • Ad creatives

  • Email design

  • Product design

  • Framer development

  • Illustrations

  • Social media assets

  • Applications

  • Marketing collateral

  • Web design


The tools used to deliver work may include Framer, Photoshop, and other professional software. Knot does not currently provide Figma builds, motion design, or 3D design unless explicitly agreed in writing.


Services are limited to design execution. Strategy calls, consulting calls, or meetings are not included. Communication is handled through written messages, text, Slack, or voice notes depending on plan level.

Clients may submit an unlimited number of design requests. Active requests are limited based on the subscription tier.


We reserve the right to:

  • Break large requests into smaller tasks

  • Reprioritize requests that are unclear or excessive

  • Delay work on requests that are unreasonable in scope or urgency


Requests that attempt to bypass the intended workflow may be rescheduled or delayed. Priority does not guarantee instant delivery.

Knot retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless a written non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Subscriptions are billed via recurring payments through Stripe.


Available billing options:

  • Monthly subscription

  • Annual subscription with a discounted rate


Failure to pay within seven days of a missed payment may result in service suspension. Clients are given a seven-day grace period before access is fully revoked.


All work delivered prior to suspension remains the property of the client.

Slack access is provided to all clients. Priority text-based communication within the Knot platform is available only to Supercharged subscribers.

11. Limitation of Liability

Knot provides services on an as-is basis.


To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Knot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Knot is not responsible for lost revenue, business interruption, or missed opportunities

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the most recent billing period
